The very first of the 'Bitch, Please ' set. There is three of the bitches , born from the same idea explored three ways or three defient expressions. Own one all own them all but once the originals are gone they are gone.

BITCH, PLEASE.

Part of the three-piece collection ‘Bitch, Please.’

Loosely inspired by Joan Crawford—but not the Hollywood version. This is what happens when an icon survives another seventy years, cuts her own fringe, throws away the rulebook and stops apologising for taking up space.

She’s lived through enough opinions to stop collecting them.

The slogan isn’t there to shock. It’s armour. A two-word resignation letter addressed to every expectation ever placed on a woman. Smile more. Be quieter. Be prettier. Be grateful. Be agreeable.

Bitch, please.

The paint is loose because perfection is boring. The colours clash because women are still expected to make themselves palatable. The stare says what the mouth doesn’t need to.

She isn’t asking for permission. She isn’t asking to be understood. She definitely isn’t asking to be liked.

This painting is for every woman who realised that being called “too much” was never an insult.

It’s a compliment.

And she wears it beautifully.
